I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had a modern design. The bath products provided by the hotel were of great quality. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to reach. The large grassed grounds surrounding the hotel added a peaceful touch to my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including Indian and Western dishes as well as healthy choices. The staff, though not always successful, were friendly and tried their best to be efficient and helpful.

Everything else, horrible service and the hotel is isolated from the rest of the world, there is no way of getting out of it if the reception doesn't want you to (we spend two hours waiting for a taxi). A part from this there was no pool or anything else to do in the hotel.

The taxi driver was lost and the reception did not answer the phone or given messages to me.

The reception did not answer my phone calls and they did not have any sign posted for the hotel. They over charged by putting vat on my bill. They did not pass any messages that was given to reception. There was no inter net service, no spa service ,The paddling pool was not finished. I sent a email for a taxi pick up which they did not reply.

I didn't like the buffet breakfast, there was hardly a buffet...The staff are clueless about a lot of stuff and definitely need truing in customer service and guest relations.

Don't believe the whole spa thing as there are no spa/salon facilities available. The pool is still being dug and there is no sauna, spa etc - despite what is stated in the Booked.net spiel. Apparently they will eventually be available... Coffee shop closes at 11pm - is not open 24 hours. The airport transfer is a total rip off at 900 Rs for a 10 minute drive. We hired private daily cars thru the hotel - a bit of a disaster - with the drivers disappearing, leaving early, getting lost... Internet is free only if you stay for a week, otherwise is extra... That all being said, because of the shortcomings/problems, we were offered our airport transfers and internet access. All in all, a nice place with potential but a lot of fine tuning until it actually lives up to and delivers what it advertises.

good location and confortable and at a very good price

the Room Service was very very very poor, but food and service in checking in and restaurant was very good. Need a good housekeeping team?

Reception and business center staff was very helpful. They tried their utmost to find a solution to our needs and proposed solutions from the customer viewpoint.

Some glass doors and surfaces showed lack of housekeeping, finger and palm marks were clearly visible. The linen in the bed were coarse, a softer type would be appreciated.

The pool was nice.

It was hard to take taxis from this location.

Service and food is of excellent quality.

The hotel is not very clean and is of 3 star standards. Needs a lot of Tender love and care to improve its cleanliness and appear to be a 5 star hotel.
